We provide accessible and practical corporate yoga, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness classes designed to improve your employees physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. An organisation's most valuable asset is their employees, which is why investing in their health and wellbeing translates to a more productive, engaged and harmonious workplace and ultimately a more successful business.

Benefits of regular yoga & wellness classes:

  • Reduced stress. A demanding job and working long hours can be a significant stress for many people.  Chronic stress is detrimental to your employees health and wellbeing, but it’s also detrimental to your business. Chronic stress in the workplace can leads to decreased productivity, absenteeism, high turnover, workplace accidents and can negatively impact workplace culture. Yoga and other wellness practices are a great way to reduce and manage your employees stress, thus helping to prevent burnout, reduce absenteeism, improve productivity and morale.

  • Reduced physical tension & pain. Many employees are stuck sitting at a desk or in front of a computer for long periods of time which can lead to neck, shoulder and back pain. This can affect employees mood, engagement & ultimately productivity. Regular yoga and stretching can help to reduce this tension before it builds up and becomes problematic .

  • Improved concentration. Employees are increasingly juggling many tasks and deadlines which means the mental load can be very high.  The practices of yoga are not only for the body but also help with a busy and distracted mind. This leads to improved concentration, clarity and ultimately better productivity.

  • Improved energy. Having a movement break will improve blood circulation to the body and brain as well as reduce mental clutter so your employees leave feeling refreshed and energised and ultimately more productive.

  • Better morale. When your employees feel good in their mind & body,  they are more likely to have a positive mindset and be more engaged at work, which in turn has a positive flow on affect throughout the organisation.

  • Reduced workplace conflict: Yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices are a great way of cultivating compassion, calm, and a sense of inner peace. In this state, an employee is able to deal with stress and challenging situations in a calmer, more compassionate and constructive manner, resulting in more understanding and less conflict.

How does a corporate class run?

  • Consider the best day & time to run your class: most sessions are typically run before work or lunchtime but can also be run in the afternoon or after work. With that in mind, decide whether you require a 45 or 60min class. If you require a longer session for a special event or workshop, please let us know.

  • Decide on the type of class you require: consider the purpose of the class and consider getting feedback from your employees about the type of class they would prefer (refer above for class types). If you are unsure, don't hesitate to get in touch!

  • Consider a space for your class: take into consideration how many people will be attending and find a room big enough that can be easily cleared of furniture. Alternatively classes can be run outdoors in the park or at the beach, however they are weather dependant.

  • Provide the right equipment: depending on the class type, you will either need a yoga mat (preferred), towel or chair (chair yoga). Towels can be used indoors where the flooring is carpet or outdoors on the grass or sand. Towels will not work well on hard surfaces such as tiles/floorboards. Yoga blocks can also be very helpful, particularly if you are running regular weekly sessions, for beginners or those with less mobility. Please note we are able to supply some mats & blocks, depending on the number of participants.  We can also help you to purchase equipment if required. Participants should also wear comfortable clothing, particularly where the class involves moving & stretching.

Who are we and why choose us?

Hi , my name is Ania Mylka and I'm the founder and owner of Soul2soul Yoga. I'm a highly trained and experienced yoga teacher with over 10 years teaching experience running both my own studio as well as teaching in other studios in Sydney.

Yoga has been a part of my life since my early 20's and has continued to be a pivotal part of my life journey, helping me to navigate a stressful corporate job as an accountant and chronic back pain due to years of study & sedentary desk work.

Due to these life experiences, I can understand the challenges faced by employees working in corporate jobs such as stress, burnout, back pain, a busy mind & the challenge of finding work-life balance.

Our yoga & wellness classes address these challenges by teaching your employees practical tools and techniques that can be applied in their everyday lives, both within the workplace and at home. We pride ourselves in making the classes accessible and practical and grounded in both ancient teachings as well as modern science.

All of our teachers are highly trained and are insured. (available on request).
