Ania has trained in a variety of yoga styles and practices including hatha/vinyasa, yin & restorative yoga as well as breathwork/pranayama & meditation. Each class can be customised and personalised to your needs and what your goal is, whether that is to improve mobility, reduce back pain, reduce stress &/or calm the mind. Pricing - 1 class: $120, 5 classes: $550, 10 classes: $1000.
Private group class
Practice in a small group setting with up to 5 of your friends/family in your home, outdoors or another space of your choice. A great option for those looking for an affordable yet more personalized & intimate yoga yoga experience.

Classes can be held in the comfort of your own home, outdoors or another space of your choice. Zoom may be available if you are outside the local area.

Class styles
If you are looking for a more active practice with movement:

Hatha or vinyasa yoga: classical yoga including warm up, sun salutations, standing & seated/supine postures ending in relaxation (savasana). Modified to your level of yoga experience, mobility & any injuries /illness.

Yoga foundations - perfect for beginner's or those who want to revisit the foundations, including learning proper alignment.

Yoga fusion- yoga combined with other movement modalities such as pilates, functional movement & physio exercises. A great way to improve your movement & mobility in a mindful way.
If you are looking for a more relaxing practice to help you de-stress, unwind & find calm:

Relaxing yoga - yin (deep stretch) or restorative (deep rest).

Breathwork - explore functional breathing &/or variety of pranayama techniques. Meditation or relaxation can also be included.

Move, breath & relax - Gentle movement/yoga + pranayama/breathwork + meditation or relaxation
